WHY?

I deleted my server a long time ago, but today I was suddenly sent an email asking me to pay the fee. After logging in just now, I found that my service reappeared and was in a suspended state. I have not used the server for a long time. Regarding this bill, I can not accept

Unlike a subscription model that proactive bills you before you have used the service, *all Linode billing is retroactive for services that had be deployed in the previous month. If a service had been active in the previous month, you still receive an invoice on the first day of the following month regardless of the service being active or deleted right now.
