You can pay invoices by clicking "Make A Payment" on the Account's billing page.

Additionally, if you ever have an issue making payments or encounter an issue with your account, you should either:

  • Open a ticket directly through your account
  • Send an email to support@linode.com, provide your username/email address and the last six digits of your current payment method, and describe your issue as you would in a ticket
