Can Linode Private IP be used to access other cloud server?

Our team is considering to create a VPN Tunnel between Linode (server with PrivateIP and PublicIP) and AWS.

Is it possible to use the private IP (Not VLAN because we want to use LKE)of the Linode server to access the other clouds server?

In this case, yes, using a VPN, you can create a connection successfully. We have also done it.
