Unable to resize/upgrade linode. Additional Verification Required

Hi,

I opened a ticket for "verification" may I know how long does it take?
I need to upgrade my server as soon as possible. I only purchased lowest dedicated CPU at first to observe, and due to high traffic volume, it running slow specially at night. I just created a linode account this month.

Tickets are answered on a "First-in first-out" basis so reply times can vary depending on the volume of tickets awaiting replies. With that in mind, if your issue urgent you can always give the Support Team a call and someone will be there to answer:

For some added context, all Linode accounts have limits in place that require additional verification to allow certain plan types and sizes as a fraud prevention measure.
