Refund

I wanted to return the funds that were debited from the card, opened a ticket said the first thing to disable the account, I did as they said, and now I can not return the funds where do I write or what to do? My login is : Samirsafarli12 , my email is : samirsafarli@aol.com

Any account related questions are best handled through our Support team, and not through the Community site. Your best move forward is to email support@linode.com regarding your refund request. Please be sure to include "Refund" as the title subject, as well as your username and the last 6 digits of the card on file in the body when emailing in so we can easily locate and authenticate you to your account. It's also highly encouraged that you remove any information containing your account details from this post, as this is a Community site.
