Install Linode CLI on Windows

The installation of the linode-cli on any windows system fails badly:

I've tried it on several windows systems.

I apparently had never installed the Linode-CLI on my home computer, but was still not able to replicate this issue even while following the same guide. Linode-CLI is meant to work with Python3 (and 2, but that's deprecating soon), so I believe that running the CLI with Bash might be causing these issues.
