@AbdulQadeer48 You would have to open a support ticket to get a definite answer to your question, but generally speaking, services are billable the moment they are added to your account, and do not stop until the service is removed. Refunds would probably not be appropriate in your case because you are responsible for your account's service management, which would include deleting any unneeded services from your account.
Just to give a little more background/detail, Linode bills for services much in the same way as a cable or cellular provider. You are charged based on whether a service is listed on your account, regardless of whether you are making use of it. This is because when you add a service to your account Linode is reserving the storage space, RAM, CPU cores, and network bandwidth associated with that service. Reserving those things incurs Linode costs, which are billable at an hourly rate. If the services are on your account for a full month, you are billed the maximum billable amount per month, which is the advertised price per plan on our pricing page.
The billing guide has additional information if you need it:

Hope that helps answer your questions.

We do still charge for Linodes that are powered off but are not deleted. This is because even while powered off, the virtualization resources remain exclusively reserved for your immediate use and your data is actively preserved on your disk allocations.
In order to stop accruing charges on any service, that service will need to be fully deleted from your account.
The best way for us to be able to consider a refund will be for you to open a ticket directly from your Cloud Manager account.
Now tell me one thing is it possible to refund my money?? In this case???
Why would/should Akamai give you a refund? Your Linode instance was using resources and they make it abundantly clear that whether you are using the instance or not, it is still 'running' on their site, taking space, etc.
Ok, I understood. Thanks for you Help.
Could u please clarify it further that how much money should I keep in my account to close linod account. In addition, "Currently I am not using any linod service" so how much it will charge me to close the linod account??
If you have a balance or have accrued charges since your previous invoice, you will need to pay the amount you owe to be able to close your account. You can find your balance and accrued charges on your Account Billing page.
