Minecraft Server Backup

I have a 1.19.4 server loaded with the standard server.jar file. Every night I do a save-all command, and today something was corrupted.

Being new to Linux, and using this as a source for learning, how would I load the save-all file using the Linode Lish Console?

I don't have much experience with Minecraft, but based on what you've just said, it seems that your world is corrupted. According to Minecraft's guide, the only way to recover from a corrupted world is through a backup. I'm not entirely sure if you have a backup somewhere, but if you have a copy of your saved data, it's best to attempt to roll back to that backup.

If you're looking to load your saved file, it should be located in your /home/YOURNAME/.minecraft/ directory. You may want to check if it's possible to proceed. I was also able to find this YouTube video that might be helpful. In the video, it walks you through how to backup your Minecraft world and goes through how to load your saved file on Linux:

Lastly, I recommend checking out Minecraft's forum and Discord server, as there may be experienced users in the community that can provide some additional insight:

I wish you the best of luck and hope this information points you in the right direction!
