delete payment method

the "delete" option on my credit card is greyed out. I have deleted all my linodes, why can't I remove the payment method?

In order to keep your Linode account active, you will need to have a valid credit or debit card on file. If you would like to avoid your card being charged automatically, you can add credit to your account with PayPal or Google Pay or using the card on file with the Make a Payment button. Otherwise, if you're a new user and have a valid promotional credit applied, it'll automatically cover your invoice for the next 60 days, depending on whether your credits have not been used up.

Since you've deleted your services, you should only have to worry about the charges you've accrued for the month of April, and you will receive one last invoice on May 1st. You can monitor your projected invoice using the 'Accrued Charges' tab on the Billing & Contact page in Cloud Manager. This section will show you a live tally of all the charges you have generated so far this billing cycle. Those charges will then get put on your next invoice on the 1st of every month. If you'd like to learn more about our billing practices, I've provided a guide below:

Ok, it seems there are not other way but closing the account?
