Automatic deduction failed
The automatic deduction was not successful. Will the platform system attempt the deduction again? Or should I take the initiative to pay for it myself?

Too many payment failures within a short period of time can cause all subsequent payment attempts to fail for a few days ("lockout period"). Your bank will be able to provide information about the precise reason your card may have failed since our payment processor obfuscated much of that info from our direct view.
That said, @ryanbearden is correct, you should open a ticket with us since this will allow us to consider payment extensions to help prevent service disruption. In some cases, we are able to see why a payment has failed and further provide advice based on that knowledge.
