Having one hell of a time with my new openvpn instance

Hello,
3 days ago I setup an openvpn instance using Deb. Since them I have absolutely no success with logging in. I have created 3 different users, set a password which I pasted into my password manager. However when I go to login thru the web (https://IPADDRESS/943) and enter the username and password, it says login failed. I have tried everything I can think of, resetting passwords, etc. I have also changed the password of the openvpn account and that fails as well.
I thought that when I created this openvpn instance (marketplace), that everything was setup correctly. I am now thinking of just deleting the instance and starting all over. Please help if you have any ideas.
Thank you

If you used the OpenVPN One-Click Marketplace App to create your OpenVPN instance, the password for the main administrator account was automatically generated during the initial install process. To find this password, log in to your compute instance through the LISH Console. Your credentials should appear towards the end of the installation script.

You can also obtain your admin password by running the following command from the command line:

cat /usr/local/openvpn_as/init.log | grep 'To login'
