I want to delete my linode site and rebuild from scratch.

If you weren't too far along, it may be easiest to delete your Linode and start fresh with a new one. Though, if you were pretty far along, and your disks are in good shape, you can easily rebuild your Linode using the 'Rebuild' feature in Cloud Manager:
