How do I fix a Linode with network restrictions in place?

Hi, i received this mail one hour ago and now i cant use the service. It is generating a lot of problem to my company.

"As we haven't heard back from you regarding this issue, we've been forced to apply network restrictions to your Linode to prevent further abuse"

What do i have to do to solve this?
