Customer Support Response Time

How much time it usually takes for customer support to respond to tickets? I've made one around 8h ago and still nothing.

We answer our tickets on a first-come/first-serve basis, which means that our response time will vary based on our overall ticket-load. If you ever feel that your ticket is not receiving the attention and urgency it requires, you can call in 24/7 for us to take a look:
