Invalid Helo/Ehlo Domain (Li455-77.Members.Linode.Com)

Hello,
we are having problems with several mail servers
The emails come back rejected with the message:

invalid helo/ehlo domain (li455-77.members.linode.com)

The server does not comply with the communication protocols when establishing communication with our platform

Did something change or is there a way to fix it?

Mail server whith Qmail Toaster

I don't know anything about qmail and I realize this doesn't help you much, but in postfix there are two parameters:

# The myhostname parameter specifies the internet hostname of this
# mail system. The default is to use the fully-qualified domain name
# from gethostname(). $myhostname is used as a default value for many
# other configuration parameters.
#
#myhostname = host.domain.tld

and

## The mydomain parameter specifies the local internet domain name.
# The default is to use $myhostname minus the first component.
# $mydomain is used as a default value for many other configuration
# parameters.
#
#mydomain = domain.tld

I mention these in hopes that you may discover something similar in qmail. If not, I'd try to set/change the hostname of your Linode to match the domain of your mail server. li455-77.members.linode.com is the default FQDN of your Linode.
