Domain name not pointing new IP address

we have already working domain & dedicated instance in linode. that has been gone due to payment issues, now we have cleared all and created new shared instance and created new domain with same as old snackinsack.com. the ip of new shared instance was changed and domain AAA record also shows pointing to new ip. but we cant access site via domain name but it can be resolved using IP. when pinging & dig still it showing old ip. how to resolve it and make it working.
