Is it possible to install Peertube on Linode https://joinpeertube.org/
It looks like this will work. Their FAQ recommends a server with 2 CPUs and at least 1GB of ram, but depending on what you're using it for and how many users are using it, you might be able to get away with using a Nanode Linode.
