Database Clusters

How to get logs for hosted databases

Hello,

It seems to me that you may be asking about our managed database clusters. There is information customers are unable to access regarding the databases (including logs); this is because they are unable to be connected to directly (via ssh). However there are a couple of methods you can attempt to use to view certain stats regarding your database that may satisfy you.

First here is a community post explaining how to install a monitoring app (Netdata) that would allow you to view performance information regarding your DB.

If you haven't done so here is a guide to set up a MySQL client to connect to and manage your DB. If you need more specific information you can always open up a support ticket and have one of our staff members look into if for you (keep in mind the information we can relay could be limited).
