mysql service not starting due to not able to take db baclup

mysql service is stopped, trying to start but no luck
getting following error in /var/log/mysqld.log file

diagnose the problem, but since we have already crashed,
something is definitely wrong and this may fail.

Kindly suggest me to solve this issue so that we able to take bd backup
