How do I upgrade the version of Nextcloud on my Linode?

How do I go about updating my Nextcloud install to the current major version? I understand that there are other things that need to be upgraded as well (PHP 7.3 -> 7.4 for example), but not only can I not find a way to download that with apt, I can't seem to update ANYthing past where it currently sits.

EDIT: I looked at the current marketplace configuration for Nextcloud and noticed that Ubuntu 22.10 is the only supported base image. Does this imply that current install is stuck and that I'd need to migrate everything to the supported base?

Config:
Debian 10
Nextcloud 23.0.12.2
Created from marketplace

So it doesn't look like there's a great way to UPgrade such a machine, so I ended up just transferring the data into a new instance set up with Nextcloud AIO on Ubuntu 22.10. All I ended up needing to do was transfer the files and recreate the users, but for others stumbling across this that a broader stroke, this README should be helpful:

From an Ubuntu website:

Every six months between LTS versions, Canonical publishes an interim release of Ubuntu, with 22.10 being the latest example. These are production-quality releases and are supported for 9 months, with sufficient time provided for users to update, but these releases do not receive the long-term commitment of LTS releases.

You're going to have to figure out how to do an upgrade soon…or try to do what you just did on Ubuntu 22.04 (the latest LTS release). If you don't apt will start complaining about unavailable/obsolete update packages.
