Can i add a promotional code on a existing account?

If you haven't used a promo code on your account before, there should be a spot under Billing and Contact Information in Cloud Manager where you can add a promo code.

Otherwise, please feel free to open a Support ticket and our Support Team can get that promo code added to your account for you.
