How do I restore data from my backup

I need to rebuild my linode because of network restrictions.
How can I restore my data from the backup after rebuilding the server.

@lawwa-asia If you are using Linode's Backup Service, you can restore a backup to your existing Linode using the steps outlined in the guide below.
