Support available? Hotline down?

Hello,

i have contacted the support because i must get my allowed image size increased for a tool research i am going at the moment.

How long does it take usually till the support responds because its now already 24 hours ago since i created the ticket.
I tried to phone them also on all the numbers but i always get an error that the number is not available, is this an issue of my phone provider or is the hotline down?
I am from germany.

Hi there – our response times fluctuate and depending on your issue it may take 24 hours or more for us to get back to you (you should've received an automatic email acknowledging your ticket).

Our phone numbers are working so I'm not sure what the issue could be there – you may have luck by calling from a different number.
