It sounds like you might be running into an account limitation that Linode places on newer accounts to prevent fraudulent activity on our platform.
If this is the case, we would be more than happy to look into getting that account limit raised for you! To do so, please open a Support ticket from within Cloud Manager outlining the error you are running into. The following link will take you to this page:
