Why suspend my linode despite that my bill is clear?

Just got your email that my linode has been shut down "System shutdown". I dont understand why this is happening regardless my clear invoice.

I tried to power it on but it doesnt comes up, says its suspended

You will be invoiced for a Linode regardless of whether it is powered on or not. Linode is still maintaining space on a host
