New credit card

Hi, we are trying to change the credit card to pay the service, but when we wrote the new info, the sistems replied that the pay method was declined? How does we can the credit card? Thanks!

As we work with a payment processor, we're limited in what we can see with the reasons why a credit card got declined. We usually get generic decline messages. In cases like this, we recommend reaching out to your bank since they will be able to provide more details about what caused the decline. If you can't get it worked out with the bank or need to use a different option, we can accept multiple types of payment methods, including PayPal and Google Pay.
