Is the "Billing Contact" the same thing as a normal billing address?
What I mean by this in full is: Is the address in the "Billing Contact" the same as a Billing Address that you would put on other websites? Will it send anything to that address for billing or is it just to verify the payment method's Billing Address? Thank you!
