Oracle Cloud Always Free Tier

Hi,
I come to know that oracle cloud gives 4-OCPU, 24-Memory and 200GB Storage with Always free tier. I do not want to move oracle because it's been since 2018 to develop software and still it is under development(due to lack of my knowledge). There is no earning. I want free cloud computing for more years. I'm fine with the nano 1GB shared plan but it will last long for 2 months. Any ideas to contact the support team for this request?
