My answer is a little late to the party, but here it is.

Linodes are created with a Linode ID, and these IDs are created one after the other. So for example on 8 January 2023 I created a server with Linode ID: 41475648. I happened to spin up another on 2 July 2023 this time with Linode ID: 47412100.

There's about 6 months of time between them, and the Linode IDs have a difference of about 6 million. This gives some indication about the answer to your question: it's roughly a million.
