Is there a way to have KVM working on linodes?

I want to test out virtualization technology and create microvms on a linode, but it seems KVM is not supported on both shared and dedicated linodes.

How can I get it working/ Is there a way?

We currently do not support this feature. I'm not sure if this is something that we plan to implement or if this is a feature our host machines supports on the BIOS level.

With that being said, we have a Bare Metal offering in the works that we hope to have a beta launch for customers in the somewhat near future. If you're interested in being part of the beta group for this, or any other future beta releases, you can signup for our Green Light Beta Program to have early access to these products.

Thanks, will signup for the metal instances!
