CSGO Boosting Panel

Hi

I am looking to host a csgo boosting panel that runs 10 instances of csgo in order to match them against each other.

Would anyone be able to help me in starting this process?

Although I've seen mention that boosting could potentially get your Steam/CSGO account suspended/cancelled, this doesn't seem to strictly be illegal.
