How do I apply the 100$ promotional code?

I created a new account and got the promotional code for 100$ upon signing in. I am not seeing the option to apply the code under billing info. Please help.

If you haven't done so yet, opening a ticket with Support is the best way to handle account-specific requests. You can also add a promo through the Cloud Manager if you have the promo code.
