Support doesn't work?

It depends on what your problem is/was… If you're having network or other infrastructure issues, then no, it's not fine.

If your Wordpress site doesn't work, then support doesn't handle those kinds of problems…those are your problems.

Jeez, be fair. The parameters of support only go as far as server system support. Linode makes that crystal clear in their docs.
