I can’t find “Domains” in the Cloud Manager

The guide on setting up an email server says I have to first add a domain. It says I should find the Domain header in the cloud manager. I don’t see that anywhere. I see Network and Configuration and DNS Resolvers but not Domains.

Why is this missing?

Is it because I’m on mobile, perhaps?
