CPU or vCPU

Hello, I would like to know if in Linode's plans CPU would be the same as vCPU as shown in other plans from other companies.

Although I need to speculate on hypothetical competitor plans in order to answer your question, the answer is almost certainly yes.

Linode servers are guests on a host running a hypervisor and their CPUs are virtualized.

With that said — the specific hardware used to allocate CPUs on Linode can very depending on the host, and a vCPU on one provider may not be equivalent to a vCPU on another.
