How do I downgrade my server PHP version from 8.0 to 7.4?

I'm using the quickstart 'OpenLiteSpeed WordPress' image when configuring.

I'm having a problem installing Oxygen Builder which uses PHP7.4
How can I easily downgrade to PHP 7.4?

We have a great Community Questions answer to a similar question. I've linked it below. It's also worth mentioning that you don't need to downgrade your PHP in most cases. You can just install an older release version.
