signup error

We are not able to process payment method in billing address during sign up. Its showing error

It would be helpful to know what the error message was and what information you were adding at the time of the error. If it's the credit card, make sure the expiration date is MM/YY, with the back slash included.

That said, account-specific situations like that are best handled through a Support ticket. Since this is related to signing up for our platform, you can reach out to us at support@linode.com. Please provide either the username or email address for the signup and the last 6 digits of the credit card if you've been able to add it.
