Is there a way to change the managed database startup parameters?
I am trying out the beta version of the managed database.
I would like to change the following parameters in it, but there seems to be no way to change them at this time.
character_set_database
character_set_server
Of course I can change it after connecting, but if possible I would like to change it from startup, is that possible?

From everything I've read about the service, something like this isn't possible at the moment, I could be wrong. Perhaps a facility could be implemented for a script of database commands to be run on a database before any first connections would be allowed, similar to a Stackscript, but obviously limited to any database queries that would change parameters, as we have no access to the operating systems for managed databases.
