How do I know what my Filezilla Username is
I used the name that my account has and the name which the server uses as a hostname and it doesn't work due to an authentication error

I'm assuming you're trying to connect to your Linode via SFTP, as you're using FileZilla. In that case, it would be the users created on the Linode server itself, not the account credentials that you use to log into the Cloud Manager. This could be root or any other limited user that you've set up.
