$100 Trail Credit not applied after signed up

Hello … i just signup up for free trail of $100 but didnt received anything. I had check my billing sextion and its say 0 balance available.
Is this a scam to increase users on website

Linode doesn't scam customers. Contact support directly for the quickest help since this is the community forum.

Yes i understand but ita been around 4 days and till now i didn't get any trail credit yet.

This is the community site - we are not employees of Linode and don’t have access to your account.

Some Linode employees do join in here but they won’t answer account-related queries on here.

You will need to log a ticket through your manager acccount. If you have logged a ticket and don’t have a reply from them yet, you can call them with your ticket number.
