Accessing Linode Secure Server NextCloud instance

Let me preface the post by stating that I am relatively new to networking, Linux etc.

I was wondering how I can access my NextCloud instance deployed on a Secure Server setup. If I create a new server from scratch (the stock one), and follow through with my NC setup procedure, I enter the IP address into the browser and it allows me to enter the NC instance; however, if I follow the exact same procedure on the Secure Server, I cannot enter.

Could someone please be so kind as to prod me in the right direction?

Some notion as to the error you're receiving would be helpful.

Try:
 - Checking the connection
 - Checking the proxy and the firewall

ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
