I'm having trouble creating an image

It fails after a certain number of seconds, every time. The seconds are random. Ideas?

It sounds like you may have been running into an issue due to creating an Image larger than the default limit of 6GB.

If you open a Support ticket, one of our team members should be able to adjust your limit so that you can create your Image.
