IP address can be changed through a support ticket open within Cloud Manager. The Support team will review your request and respond back with their decision on the request. They usually require justification for IPv4 address due to its shortage. Private IPs are on the other hand free and do not require any justification including IPv6 addresses which comes in blocks (/64). This give you the option of choosing as many and any IPv6 address of your choice.
