How do I use my promo code?

The promo codes are automatically applied depending on how you sign up. Most of these codes are embedded in links that direct you to our registration page to sign up and the code is automatically applied to the account after registration.

Sometimes these links can be broken and the code will not be applied. It can also happen that the code itself has expired. I was able to pull up your account from your username and did find the the promo has already been applied to your account. This credit expires after a predefined trial period which is 60 days. Any remaining credit will be removed from the account if the expiring credits are not used before the expiration period after which your card ending will be charged.

You can check your remaining balance by clicking on the Account tab in your Cloud Manager.
