I need assistance with a promo code for my recent signup

Help! I signed up for a new account expecting a promo code on my account, but I do not see it when I go to the Account - Billing section of the Cloud Manager.

We've seen this happen to new customers in the past, and the best way to get this resolved for your account is to open a Support ticket.

If you forgot to use a promo with your signup, let us know. We're happy to help.

If you tried to sign up with a promo and it did not apply, we will want to gather some additional information to try and understand why it did not work as expected. We are always looking to improve this experience and would appreciate knowing the following:

The information that would be most helpful for us is the following:

  • Steps taken before signup; how did you find and apply the promo code?
  • Name of the promo code, preferably with a link to the specific promo or referral link.
  • If a link was used during signup we need the full URL of the signup link.

Once we have that info we can take a closer look and assist further.
