certbot causing issues, redirecting domain to another one. non-www redirection stopped as well

This has been a previous problem. When I installed WordPress using an image from the available options.
The certbot certificate was working perfectly fine until now. then recently www to non-www stop working.

I checked the configuration and things were intact. however, I couldn't fix it.
I tried htaccess redirection and through .conf file as well.
but no luck

then I reinstalled the certbot certificate on the primary domain again

few minutes it worked, and now its redirecting me to the other domain hosted on the server. I don't want this to happen.

Pls help.
