Issue File Upload to Server
when I try to upload a file to the server is very slow. I checked my internet connection. there is no issue on my side.

Generally speaking, your internet connection is going to be faster with downloading and slower uploading.
For example my internet connection is 600 Mbps downstream, but only 24 Mbps upstream.
So a large file or multiple files are going to be slower to upload.
I've checked my internet connection. this issue is only for my VPS other site working fine.
