How to migrate Joomla website to Linode.
Please let me know the steps/procedure to migrate Joomla website(runs with PHP and MySQL) to Linode VPS.

Since you are coming from another host, you are going to have to setup a VPS here. See this guide first for setting up a Linode https://www.linode.com/docs/guides/getting-started/
Then transfer over all your files from the Joomla! site. This includes the database. This site explains in more detail, but depending on how your old host is setup, the steps might be a little different.
