How do you upgrade apache to 2.4.51
I am trying to figure out how to upgrade apache to 2.4.51 Does anyone have a tutorial on how to do this?

To answer part of your question, this depends on what Linux Distro you are using. You might be able to upgrade Apache simply by upgrading your OS to get this version or close to it.
However if you install apps outside of the distro's repo then you have to maintain it yourself which might be more difficult.
