I signed up but didnt receive the 100$ free credit in my account!

I signed up using the promotional offer but didnt receive the 100$ free credit in my account!
what could be the reason and can you guyz help me out?

Hi @StarMan214 - If you tried to use a promo code or signed up through a specific link but didn't get your credit as expected, open a support ticket and we can take a look to add in the right credit for you in some cases.
